I bet some form of European union would still exist that encompasses most of Europe, but the borders of countries wouldn't be the same. At the very least Germany would be larger. I bet Belgium wouldn't exist. The capital of Europe would be Berlin, or another major German city. I bet Russia and Eastern European countries would be FAR more developed. The US and Russia would still be allies, probably similar to the relations of the US and EU today. The US could've invested heavily in Eastern bloc countries similarly to how they did in Europe with the Marshall plan - the iron curtain may have existed in reverse.

I don't believe that we would be very far from where we are today morally, honestly. The state has always had a difficult time controlling the moral beliefs of people. I think that racism and the belief of white superiority in Europe would decrease as it did across the planet in the 20th century. The war and persecution of Jews would be seen by society as we in the US look back at slavery today - a dark period in our history that we collectively moved past.

Technologically, we would probably be around where we are today. The March towards the space race in Russia and the US wouldn't have been MAJORLY affected, I don't think.

Of course... it's hard to speak about hypotheticals when the question is this vague. Nazis DIDN'T win. So what could've changed to make that happen? What does winning even mean? The question we should be asking is that if X change occured that allowed the nazis to win, how would it have affected our current outcome.

On the plus side Europe would be unified politically sooner. The Euro (or something very similar) is introduced sooner, national interests eclipsed by common Berlin-led policies. Like in real life but 50 years sooner.
