I’ve noticed this recently that no one seems to have that shining excitement in their eyes that was pretty common even a few years ago. Seems to be super common in black people and roasties.
I have noticed this too, but I've seen it in most people.
Andrew Sanchez
They are just simple tons with nothing going in their lives ,but consumerism. So yeah. That's about it. Also the reason why non-whites look heartless to you,is because you are white and can't identify with them. They are not as beautiful to you as whites.
Actually, here in Australia, it is the African Christian refugees who have the most "light" in their eyes
Brayden Evans
I thought people had dead eyes in 2010. Now, I think things are better and I can see a lot more of everything coming from their eyes. You think the opposite. So clearly, this is all subjective.
Brody Ortiz
First got called out on it like 30 years ago when I decided life wasn't worth it after all. I think there's something to it. Interesting lesson in how to turn it on and off.
Joshua Johnson
I think that may have something to do with it, but not fully explain it.
Landon Martin
But they live for something user. They have Jesus, they live for him. They are very religious, right?
That's because gibs is the blacks favourite thing.
Ryder Foster
There's definitely a dead inside aspect to it. Once you turn it off for long enough it's a useless game of pretend to act like one of them.
You can get complimented on your acting ability if you turn it on again after people just assume you're a deadeye.
Justin Powell
people who claim to see something in other people's eyes, are living in there own asses.
Cooper Cox
>Seems to be super common in black people and roasties.
They have something to win, something to subvert. They feel purpose.
Jackson Cruz
I was told by those close to me that my eyes had lost their light just as I became depressed about November last year. I've been feeling better and better since the start of April, so hopefully I'll get that gleam back along the way.
Michael Watson
that's not a person, that's slack jawed trailer trash larping as a towel head. she's trans-sanded.
As the old adage goes "eyes are the window to the soul". I've always believed that you can tell a lot about a person by simply being able to look at them for a few seconds in person. Whenever I meet someone I have a very instinctual response to the way they look, and my instincts have never been wrong so far. Among all features the eyes are byfar the most important one. You can have an extremely ugly person, but their eyes can radiate intelligence and kindness, and you will feel no animosity towards them. You can have someone that looks angry, focused and serious, but if their heart is in the right place their eyes will always give away that tinge of internal kindness. I don't know, maybe it's just a wacky belief, but I genuinely feel like there's something to it.
Jace Thomas
Maybe it’s just hard to see in photos compared with real life?
You can definitely see it in person. A lot of people these days won't even hold a gaze because they have something to hide. This is increasingly normalized by desocialization and staring in to phones and everything like that.
Aaron Harris
Care to elaborate?
Grayson Roberts
True. So much for "social" media...
Robert Cooper
How can I develop this feeling. If I post my eye area would it be enough for you to rate me? Heh.

To expand on this, according to a study by some Korean scientists, staring at screens too much weakens the areas in the brain that are responsible for critical thinking. What makes your eyes come to life is that you think critically I think. If all your brain activity consists of getting fed information and responses to consuming stuff, your eyes might appear "dead".
Logan Reed
Chinese, yes. Also SE Asians, Thai especially.

Just this morning I was listening to a radio program put on by some older farmers / former military, and they were talking about have they've noticed that children they meet or interview for a job who have been home schooled are much more likely to look you in the eye and say what they mean and mean what they say.
I haven't met many home schooled children, but I can say that the public indoctrination system (total quality management / school to work / outcome-based education / behavioral psychology / etc.) is very damaging to the soul.
Kayden Roberts
This is a very interesting piece of information, user. Thanks for sharing, I think you could be right.

Isaac Hall
It's probably just the camera
Nathaniel Wilson
I think you're talking about this even though the Russian guy's eyes are darker and the waitress's eyes are even more soulless
I think it may also depend on the teaching style. If it weren't for some of my teachers, I'd be a complete anti-social sperg. But I see te point of your post, and there could be some truth to it. Children need frequent direct and personal communication to facilitate their social growth. And they'd get more being home-schooled than in a public school. As said, maybe it's also an over stimulation and use of technology in public schools
David Harris
There is A LOT to it. I discovered an interesting trick years ago...find someone you know and stare into their eyes for a LONG time. Eventually their face will morph. It’s very weird. I have a theory that you are seeing past live incarnations of that person. One time I stared into the eyes of this roastie I was dating and I saw the most gruesome creature inside. Cut it off after seeing that. It was unsettling. I have also had great experiences tho. One time I was staring at my sister in law and I saw the depth of her beauty. Made me very happy for my brother and their lil family. Also, if you stare at someone and pay attention to their pupils you can tell if they are into you.
Blake King
She has that thousand cock stare
Robert Cooper
>staring at screens too much weakens the areas in the brain that are responsible for critical thinking. Fuck. Now I really need to leave this site
Jason Stewart
You probably don't have friends and thus don't get your picture taken so I'll explain. Pictures are often staged and require you to hold a certain face for a set amount of time. That amount of time is short normally but its still enough for you to lose any kind of emotion you were experiencing. Women especially practice a specific face for pictures and step into the picture face mode at a drop of a dime. It's something they are taught from birth. Faggots and men in public positions do the same out of necessity. This helps avoid that awkward derp shot that people share about you over and over when caught mid action.
Logan Parker
It's called the 1000 cock stare.

Well, the systemic structure of western education is built on the Prussian brainwashing kindergarten system, which is designed to destroy the ability of a child to think for him or her self, and instead act as a good robot / slave. The idea is to create fungible work units, i.e. human resources.
So even if you have a great teacher, the deck is stacked against you in the modern world.
Jonathan Phillips
Whites hate admitting that religious Blacks are what they used to be but like their social media and porn too much.
Thomas Martin
A solipsist is one that (correctly) believes that they are the only conscious being. All others are NPCs that just appear to be conscious but really are just reacting to stimuli like a plant or a robot.
Since you can only directly verify your own consciousness, this is a reasonable way to think (in my opinion). Think of it this way: when you die, does anything exist past that point? If you aren’t there to verify that reality exists, does it exist? Did it exist before your birth?
Ian Torres
Is this related to the idea of the "Frankfurt School"? And I agree with you, great teachers don't mean a child is necessarily saved.
Isaac Gray
Post links and similar studies if you got them.
Leo Cook
No problem user. Ive been thinking about this stuff recently too and you definitely have a point. People just seem burned out all the time. My own theory is also that the modern human simply releases too much dopamin. We can satisfy all our needs at once. Wanna know something specific? Phone. Wanna laugh? Phone. Wanna get hit in the fee fees? Phone. There is just a constant feedback loop that shouldnt really exist, this is also why people have such short attention spans and get bored so easily. But ofcourse, this could all be bullshit.
Easton Gonzalez
this is a hard truth.
Daniel Myers
Yes. All comes out of the same sort of intellectual groups.
I don't know. I've had such feelings as long as I can remember. I think it's probably instinctual and our modern way of living is very detrimental to instinct/intuition. I also think that some people are harder to detach from their instincts and retain them more easily. We are often taught that our gut-feeling is wrong and that we have to examine and deconstruct everything, and that we have to have a rational justification for all that we feel instinctually (A lot of intellectuals/rational types will force this type of thinking on themselves).
I think constant use of our verbal ability is to blame for this. Most people are talking, listening, reading, writing or some combination of all those all day. This is just my little pet hypothesis, but I think that constantly utilizing rational intelligence suppresses instinct and intuition. It sort of ensnares the mind. I think this is why some religious orders have vows of silence, and obviously meditation is a very potent way of silencing the rational mind. Sometimes I feel like I just wanna live in the woods alone for a few months. Just doing manual work and such, to free my mind from all the thoughts that are buzzing in there 24/7.
Connor James
Correct. What's the roasty population in sweden?
If its anything like america its approaching 100% and fast

Also, ever notice how alcoholics have that severe look in their eyes? There is some connection to colour as well.
Easton Adams
In my own observations, I have come to very similar results to you. Unlike you though, I haven't looked at any studies. I definitely agree with you that over-use of phones and screens and over-stimulation plays a major part of this phenomenon.
Cameron Martinez
If you type "screens critical thinking study" there is a lot of stuff on this. Im no scientist so I really only have very superficial knowledge of this user.
