i have $20. consider yourself lucky, OP

I get paid one time, two weeks. Biweekly. I get paid next Friday. $740. I have $1,000 on the bank right now, $100 in my pocket.

Picked up extra hours at my part time job, $199 from that this week.

I got five fucking dollars in my wallet

Okay, I got 1k in my savings account, no clue about my checking account rn, but i'm guessing between 700-800, I got paid last week, but I'm designating saturday as my budgeting day so i'm not looking at my money every fucking day and worrying. Also I got $680 invested and 260 in my retirement account which I started this year. If I can get to 1000 in there by the end of the year I'll feel like I made a good start on it.

consider yourself lucky too. I have $5, and i have to use it to buy a school ID

>buying a school ID
America is truly cucked

I gotta be honest user none of these numbers sound very good

I'm gonna buy Boeing stock! They're having a sale, guys!

I have like $200 now. How do I get richer? Do I really have to be a nigger and rob people?

I've got 350 more on the way.
Feels good man.

I know they don't seem very good, but I can only put aside 300-400 a month right now. Give it a year and my numbers will look a lot better. It's not about where your numbers are, it's about which direction they're going and how long you keep them moving in that direction.

Try some food banks in your area. Stay well friend

This is as at the end of January ($112k or so). I haven't plugged in Feb. nor Mar. but after reconciling all accounts and plugging in all memos, I think I should be at $115k.

Gifted my wife a Disney ring and necklace set worth $8k - I had never bothered buying her anything for the wedding. They're gorgeous.

Attached: as at jan end.jpg (917x253, 54K)

how old are you user? Annual salary?

Wtf is a Disney ring lol sounds like a waste of money

ultimately, what is the point of a man accumulating all that money if he's not going to blow it all on a woman and the kids you put in her?

I'm 27. Late bloomer, though - I only started my profession a couple years ago so my salary isn't high. I get $45k a year from Toyota (started in January of this year) and $340 a month from my investment. I know the increments in salary are quite high so I'm eager to see what it will be after probation and after 1 year.

They make really nice jewelry. Waste? That's what we figured, but only because the ring reflected our relationship-long inside joke did we buy it. (It has a bowtie.) If not for the bowtie, we would've just continued saving money since we live really frugally.

okay so that big 6 figures savings is a combination of your income and your wifes income? That's a ton of money to save on 4 years of 45k salary, you'd have to spend literally no money to keep that much.

people still post in these threads without sageing

let us wagies talk about the accumulation of our compensation for waging

>okay so that big 6 figures savings is a combination of your income and your wifes income?
Just mine - my wife has always told me she's perfectly happy to work (and has demonstrated that) but I don't want her coming home shopworn. We both acknowledge she'd be happier as a housewife, and ultimately building up good energy points to throw on me when I come home.
>That's a ton of money to save on 4 years of 45k salary, you'd have to spend literally no money to keep that much.
I just started accounting in 2017 at a 26k salary. Before that it was a shitty income too. Only in 2019 it's 45k (but I advanced fast in my field).
>you'd have to spend literally no money to keep that much.
I meant it - we're really frugal. Hence the spreadsheet. Tight control. We just want to own a condo. We don't even have a car, we practically never eat out or spend on entertainment.

>We both acknowledge she'd be happier as a housewife, and ultimately building up good energy points to throw on me when I come home
stop bsing. you don't even have a gf, nvm wife

I have 2 euros left. YeY

I still don't see how it adds up to over 100k. That's really impressive. on my 55k salary, I can barely save 10k a year. Maybe you get a much lower tax rate with just that income and a spouse.

I was still working in my early 20s, being my point. I never cared about career until the GF/wife, but I always cared about savings. I developed discipline early and it pays off more now that i have a higher salary. Where do you live? I'm in Canada - taxes are high here.

You say that, but I'm eating her cookies (pic related).

My drug dealer has all my money now

What sort of work do you do for Toyota? You make a bit more than me but I've been in my business for years so I feel like I got in the wrong field.

I live in MA, which is a high tax area of the US. I cashed in all my savings to put a down payment on a house last year, so I'm still rebuilding from there. I have a safety net for emergencies, and I'm working on a runway fund, then I'm going to work on maxing my IRA contribution each year and paying down my mortgage faster.

One of the main reasons I can't save more is that I'm in a car loan too, and that's just an extra 290 each month bitten out of my savings.

She looks scared

Accounting clerk and payroll manager.
Oh, MA. Well okay, two big differences between us: I don't have to spend a dime on a car (both my wife and I spend a combined 200 per month on travel through public transit). And we rent. But you have a plan which is the important thing - both of our plans sound like they'll culminate in success. You'll be fine. Rooting for you my man.
She's just gentle.

>tfw I will probably need to sue my former boss just to get paid for February
going to the store today, and giving him one last chance to write me a check. otherwise, instead of paying for two pay periods he'll be paying for 3 or 4 employmentlawfirms.com/resources/employment/overtime-pay/getting-a-waiting-time-penalty-for-refusal-to-pay-overtime

So he paid you everything except overtime?

Property in my name worth $750,000.
Portfolio almost to $500,000.
I'm liquid about $50,000 in spending money that I use day to day for life.

>Property in my name worth $750,000.
How much is paid off?

Congrats either way if all that's true

I own it completely free and clear. Property value should climb in the decade. I'll hold onto it till the new infrastructure planned along the major street I live on is completed and sell it for about 2x what it's worth now.

32 euros boiiiii

no, he's paid me nothing for the whole of February. he sent me a USPS tracking number for the check, but when I searched it on their site it said "Label created, not yet in system". even if it arrives, I'm p sure I can sue him or at least report him to the DLSE simply because it's been so late

I'm probably at like $380k at this point

under 50 gang

Didn't think there were so many accomplished professional on here.

They're mostly larping, including the OP.

Not the guy you're responding to, but no. You guys just don't give people opportunities to present themselves. Plenty of people are forthcoming with their success to:

why the fuck do you have $54000 in a savings and $30000 in a checkings

>never had a job in my life
>don't have a bank account
Normies pls go, I feel bad enough already without being reminded I'm going to die on the street when my parents throw me out.

Could anyone with here help a 2nd world country fag buy a $100 graphics card? paypal.me/alenmeter

>tfw you lost the coin flip and have to play on hard mode

My Prius is breaking down. I keeps making all sorts of noises and a lot of things don't work anymore. I took it to a mechanic a while ago and he told me I needed to replace the brake actuator and it would cost like $3,000 in parts and labor. I can afford to repair it, but I don't want to put any more money in this car. I already spent $2,000 replacing an something a year ago.

I really want to get a Tesla Model 3, but the insurance would be too much. I don't know what to do. I could buy another shitty car and hope it has less problems. Or I could cut off my phone and internet to pay insurance for a new car.

I really wanted to get the Honda EV, but it's not coming to the US.

hard mode was how the game was intended to be enjoyed

I only enjoy the minigames, the main game isn't fun.
