that's why whenever we do studies on black IQ compared to whites, it is lower. even when you look at african immigrants, who are an elite with much better "discipline" (important, but totally different from cognitive ability) they do more poorly, especially when you compare them to the top 10% of whites (as they are the top 10% of their respective countries). not to mention that they always seem to obsess over the igbo, which are different from other blacks. see:
