All the genes for our exclusively masculine traits are in the Y-chromosome though, so we'd end up with hyper-feminine males. And since we live in civilized societies now, brute strength isn't a selection factor for men to reproduce. We'll probably just become a feminine species with little sexual dimorphism.

If this Y-chromosome degradation starts impacting fertility, then men who have mutations that protected against or reversed the damage will be having more kids than men who don't have these mutations and the problem will become moot as the population evolves.

Two possible outcomes:
The Y chromosome will always exist, and will always be responsible for semen production and to grow an organ to eject it into a vagina.
or...
Some other chromosome will take over the production of semen and to have a way to eject it into a vagina. In this case: (1) The Y chromosome can eventually disappear, and (2) Everyone will become a hermaphrodite -- i.e. they will have both a vagina and whatever new thing eventually evolves to eject semen.
Therefore, in order for the Y chromosome to disappear, it will require some modification to females as well.
