This always ends in people trying to undermine me, and disrespect me. If this happens anger mode gets activated and I put people down. For the next days I am full of rage and in a mode of law of the jungle, there are no friends and I try to put them down etc
Then they usually start to stop fucking with me and I get back into a relaxed state. I have my guards down and am friendly. And what happens, after some time they start trying to fuck with me again.
It is so fucking annoying, I fucking hate them. It feels like if I am not constantly on my feet and being in a state of law of the jungle, body filled with cortisol from the mind stress, people try to fuck with me.
