They do age badly but many of the problems come from their regime. They spend hours caking up their face in the morning just to deal with society. As they get older, their regimen drops off and they can't keep up with the incoming wrinkles, decaying skin, drooping eyes, etc. It's also harder to hide those blemishes when they get older.
