Its definitely a thing in college/university if you start to live alone. I ballooned up from 75KG to 90KG in the span of 9 months (lifted the whole time though) because suddenly, if I wanted to eat ice cream before lectures, I could, if I wanted to stop by a chippy, it was entirely up to me.

I realised though in my second year I looked like a big fat retard and I could barely walk up the hilly area my University was located in without sweating bullets. Cut back down and just said I was "bulking".

Idk dude. I was always a skeleton before lifting and ever since I finished growing and before starting lifting I never went up or down more than 1 kg. I stayed the same weight over uni on a diet of pizza, burgers and nutella. Did w.e I wanted and ate all the shit but nothing.
