i went 69kgs to 81kgs
Bench 30kg*5 -> 85kg 1RM
squat 40kg*6->110kg 1RM
deadlift 90kg 1RM ->145kg 1RM(dont do them anymore)
routine: PPLPPL rest repeat
diet: IIFYM, started at 2500kcal, added as needed, ended bulk at 4k. i go for high carb low fat with enough protein
P: 0.8-1.2g/lbs
F: 0.4-0.8g/lbs
C: as much as fits my kcal

Bent over rows and pulldowns. occasional cable rows or whatever but honestly. BORs and pulldowns work so feel i have a hard time getting away from them

How did you deadlift so much in beginning?
do you look that good while only benching 85kg? maybe there is hope for me, cause i cant bench for shit.
i didnt do deadlifts when first starting out so i had built some back muscles by the time i tried them for the first time
i dont really train for strength so that explains all the week numbers. i focus more on volume. however i should add that chest and tri's are my weakest points
