Walking and riding the bike every day are good steps. And so are eating vegetables. But you need to be eating the vegetables INSTEAD of the pizza rolls and ramen. Just keep nothing but real raw vegetables (not canned, those are full of additives that may make you hungrier) and binge on 4000 calories of that. You will probably get sick and stop at a normal amount doing that.

Something you need to remember is that eating more food will not really satisfy you, it will only make you hungrier. The point at which you are hungry now is a point where most people would probably have to go to the hospital with a ruptured stomach for eating. Carbs and sugars also make you hungrier in the long term.

I am average weight, my diet is:

Breakfast- 2 slices of toast or cereal with coffee
Snack- Fruit
Lunch- Sandwich e.g. cheese and tomato. With a small bag of crisps.
Snack- Chocolate bar and cup of tea
Dinner- Bowl of pasta or stir fry or jacket potato, something like that
Snack before bed- Cup of tea with 2 biscuits.

It's really not fucking hard. Drink hot drinks and it'll make things easier. Even hot water instead of cold water fills you up.
Oh and no fizzy pop. I have all my meals with just water or tea/coffee.
Pop and juice are treats.
