Lads, I'm starting uni and I always wanted to experience fresher's, nightclubs, pub crawls and society drinking evenings and bongland has a heavy drinking culture.

What alternatives are there that won't tank my recovery? THC oil? Weed with an upper? I don't know much about drugs

also want to know. I'm thinking keeping it to 4 standards, drinking water, eating lots etc

Just embrace it and make sure it doesn't cause you to skip the gym. also don't drink so much you throw up because say goodbye to your gains

Dance(clubs) and socialise(private parties) lots while drinking as little as possible/acceptable. Dancing is great cardio.

Good rule is to drink as much water as you are drinking beer. You still get drunk but avoid any hangovers and you're never going to be dehydrated. Still threw up on occasion, but as an easy and inexpensive strategy I rate it 6/10.

I'm about to start my 2nd year uni and during first year partied an average of 1.5 times a week, drank/smoked with friends at least 3 times a week as well. I still made decent gains.

Just count your calories with cronometer or something and make sure you stay near maintenance after all the alcohol is accounted for. Make sure you get enough protein and take more naps to get your sleep in.
