Nigga l would fucking delay for awhile until you can run at least two miles in under 15 minutes man. Youre setting yourself up for failure here.
Basic is piss easy and it's very rare for someone to get kicked out for PT, they'll fudge shit and give you multiple tries
do more than 80 pushups
Just practice running two miles
Don't be a pussy in front of the spics and ratchet black girls
are you sure?
do you think that routine might at least help unfuck my shit a little bit before I go?
I want to get Jow Forums and escape my neethood as soon as possible and yeah it's too late to dramatically change but it shouldn't be too late to somewhat get used to working out again right?
this lad seems to have a different opinion
either way youre dying for israel!
Literal retards can pass a PT test, if you can't manage that, I don't know what to say, either way the the military is a big clusterfuck and I hope this is really your only option
>i really hope this is your only option
i got accepted to ut austin and would've had a full-ride i just didn't want to go to college not knowing what i really want to do in life
U got it bro!
What's your MOS? Basic/OSUT is easy as fuck bro. They'll smoke you so much that even if you don't do any PT during downtime you'll be fine. We only had one kid get dropped for PT and that's because he was a fat weak bitch. You will be okay, just put out during the smokings and morning PT.
i signed for 68w
i've been studying casualty care and shit ahead of time to get ready
i kinda peaked in high school sophomore year then moved got injured quit working out and did nothing but smoke pot drink and do acid/ get A's so my parents wouldn't care
i'm 19 now tho (was 18 when i signed)
if you've been in is there time to make it? during AIT is there time to do SS or some shit along with doing group pt my dad who was in said if you just work hard at anything in the army you can get it during ait or basic (ranger slots, airborne, college years etc) since the vast majority don't try but that was 30 fucking years ago so i doubt its the same now
sorry for the nosy bitch questions btw but the MEG general on Jow Forums hasn't popped up in a few days
>68w
Your life is gonna be cheddar as fuck during training. You can already pass the BCT standard for graduation, and you'll have plenty of time during AIT to get to the graduation standard for that. Getting airborne and RASP after signing your contract can be tough but if you're scoring 280+ on your PT tests and have a high GT score you could be offered a slot. At least, that's how it was during infantry OSUT. You can still go to schools once you hit your unit, but it will be tough as a new dick. Just keep applying when you can until something sticks.
For Basic and AIT, all you gotta do is show up in the right uniform, in the right place, at the right time, and it will be easy. Don't let the mind games and smoking get to you because it's just mind games to make you tough.
Normally when that's the case, go ahead & make a /meg/ yourself.
I had a few questions for my application, and no /meg/s were up.
Said fuck it & posted a barebones /meg/ & got over 300 posts.
No worries dude I'm chilling in my room for a minute. We're on a 4 day weekend so there's nothing else to do but browse Jow Forums and shitpost until I hit the bars
Are you a woman? Serious question. Even the Navy requires 60/60/12 push-ups situps mile and a half
If you can't do 60 push-ups you're in for a treat
I guess ill ask a few more then
do you really have time for getting a degree while in for a 4 year? my cousin did that as a corpsman (same shit as what im doing basically) and got a full ass biochem major with a biology minor before his contract was even up but he's a fucking genius so im pretty sure thats an exception
how difficult is it to make sergeant?
is there absolutely any chance of pussy that is not torn through by the rest of the platoon in the army?
yeah the navy sure likes it's virile, young, hot, sweating men lost at sea
too bad im a incel trying to escape himself
>do you really have time for getting a degree while in for a 4 year?
Depends on your unit. My recommendation is to do 1-2 online classes a semester. You can use TA while you're in for free schooling too. You'd be dumb not to do it, especially considering all you'll get after 4 years as a medic is some shitty $14/hr EMT job.
>how difficult is it to make sergeant?
If you're on a line unit, not very hard at all unless you're a supreme fuckup. We got a dude at my duty station who made it to e5 after 3 years.
>is there absolutely any chance of pussy that is not torn through by the rest of the platoon in the army?
If you're stationed near a college, yes. If you're not, you're gonna have to travel like 20-30 miles out before you find someone that isn't a dependa/barracks rat. The same mileage radius applies when looking to buy a vehicle. Everything near most military bases is designed to fuck over the lower enlisted.
Also, if you're a NEET: That's going to change. You will be forced to be more extroverted. Don't spend every night and weekend in the barracks or you'll become a miserable depressed piece of shit.

any recommendations
for hobbies all i can for see is playing metal/folk which i already do and lifting and working out
also i feel like i enlisted late since im going to be 19 at boot and 20 by the time ait is done
am i just insecure and nobody gives a shit or will age ever have any importance
I enlisted at 25 nibba, it's no issue. The average age for most recruits is like 18-21 anyway. No one will give you shit. Once you turn 21, you will end up being the designated barracks liquor distributor.
I recommend just getting out and exploring, and stick to your other hobbies as well. You're gonna do plenty of barhopping once your unit warms up to you too. Take advantage of the BOSS program as well, they send you on neat trips every once in a while for free or for extremely discounted prices.
nice
also earlier you said if you have a high GT score
my GT score is 308 would that be pretty good for getting slots in shit my n word my pt im pretty sure will be able to go over 280 if i GRIND my ass into dirt during training but i dont think ill get another chance on GT
retard
>my gt is 308
What the fuck? There's no way. It scales from like 0-140 or something.
