my bench does not go up for shit if anything it's going down because I'm lacking strenght and having to do less reps... I got the basics down (I think?) 1g protein per lb bodyweight I eat in a caloric surplus do bro split monday chest tuesday back wednesday legs 2 days off then repeat 3 exercises á 4x8-12 reps each big muscle group the only deparment I think I may be lacking in is sleep I get really shitty sleep less than 7 hours average and also not even deep sleep like I wake up every night in middle of sleep to pee etc... also maybe I may be using too much weight? should I go max weight shit form or bit less weight but good form and slow

Okay so I am going to give you some advice that you don't want to hear. You need to work harder. What everyone else does in the gym isn't good enough and that's why they don't make gains and as a rule look like shit. You need to do more. 5 sessions a week? Good start but they should all be for two packed hours. Failure on your sets? You need to be doing super sets or drop sets. You lift for 8 to twelve but you need to be hitting all the rep ranges. You're doing bench but what else are you doing for your chest shoulders and triceps.

Also learn to bench properly. And who's the girl?

8-12 rep range is too high, you'll build strength faster in the 3-8 range. Also you should be working out more frequently, don't take 2 rest days just do 1.
