I just ate a food item that claims to be 160 calories, but has 33 carbs, 11 grams of fat, and 5 grams of protein (I know, it's garbage, but it looked really good). 33*4 + 11*8 + 5*4 = 240, not 160. This isn't some simple rounding error, maybe the company mislabeled it? Should I log this as 240 calories, or as 160?

Fiber doesn't count towards calorie count, but counts as a carbs.

Lime carbohydrates only provide 2.48 calories per gram, there may be other ingredients in the food that affect the calorie count in such a way. Calories are more complex than 4/4/9 cal/g, that is an average for when the specific nutrients in the food are not known/analyzed, and is relatively accurate in most cases. Limes are an extreme outlier
See here

Therefore the total calorie count is accurate

Maybe they rounded the grams up a little and the calories down a little.
