I stick the Amazon power metal station on and fucking lob iron like its going out of fashion

I find listening to music that would otherwise make me groove or fap is more motivating than thrash nonsense.
Generally speaking, though, it really just depends what I'm in the mood for, which varies every other week. This week's been a Hip-Hop kinda feel.

Protomen
None, because I sweat like a pig while lifting and headphones would make that 100x worse. I should probably invest in some waterproof earbuds or be a nigger and bring muh bt speaker.
>Artillery
extremely based user
Am I the only one that listens to Eminem?
>LAY YOU ON THE TRAY, THEN I FUCKIN' CREMATE YA
I'm twice your age and think your taste is fine, aside from Travis Scott I like releases from all of those artists. You're not into awful shit like Lil Xan or anything.
Given your taste I'd check out Kids See Ghosts, Hell Hath No Fury - Clipse (Pusha T's act with his brother before he went solo), IWASVERYBAD - IDK, Killer Mike and Vince Staples.
>Suicideboys
>power metal
>Bolt Thrower
>terror, speedcore etc.

18 naked cowboys!!!
I don't listen to music much while exercising. Listen to radio dramas or audiobooks. All free online. Recommend Boston Blackie, Gunsmoke, Crime Classics, Lux Radio Theater, The Life of Reilly, Frontier Fighters, and X-1 - just listen to them all. Here's a link: archive.org

Bro, you ce up with that story, and you're calling me gay?
Steve Reich
PRIMUS
>boomer rock/metal - dio, iron maiden, black sabbath, van halen, survivor
>power metal - blind Guardian, hammerfall
>edgy ironic shit from middle school - linkin park, a7x
>vidya/anime tracks - halo, bleach, mgs
>other random shit - protomen, eurobeat, daft punk, rise against
It's a very awkward mix. I go all out and don't give a fuck with my exercising playlists since I only listen to them by myself zoning out with headphones. The boomer and power metal stuff is the enduring core, but most of the nostalgic and instrumental stuff gets regularly rotated as I get bored of it.

The Song Remains the Same is their live album recorded in 73’ released in 76’, listen to No Quarter from that. Trust me. The whole album is like the best music ever played but No Quarter will make you shit your pants dude.
>ITT metalfags post their loud, obnoxious shit (not even classic shit like Slayer or Pantera) and judge others for not wanting to listen to the same basic bitch riffs while some edgy twink rips his vocal chords out

based & trippy mane pilled
That's pretty based. What's your favorite zone music?
I've always liked Hydrocity, Balloon Park, Chrome Gadget, and Death Egg
Metal is shit and nothing will change my mind.
Hydrocity, Ice Cap, Launch Base, Flying Battery, Lava Reef, Sky Sanctuary, Blue Sphere theme, Eggman theme and the final boss theme. All too fucking kino.
And Sonic 1 and 2 has great music too. Didnt care for Mania's music.
Queens of the Stone Age, I don't know if it pumps me up or not but it sounds good
Niiiccee. I always loved Sega Genesis music cause it sounds more gritty compared to SNES or PC ports. I think that's the same reason I've always enjoyed the Earthworm Jim and Streets of Rage OST's for the Genesis. Just compare "Anything But Tangerines" from EJ2:
>Sega Genesis ver.

>SNES ver

The raspy sound of the Genesis drum set makes this song perfect for liftin' while the SNES version sounds kinda inhibited
