Are you a fucking midget or did you confuse kilograms with pounds?

Pounds. I'm basically stick thin, but not short- and not quite tall, either.

>96 lbs 6 ft
what

Anyway OP you're never going to gain muscle doing sets of fucking 80 pushups or whatever. You would have been better off with a progression program like convict conditioning, where instead of simply doing more of one exercise, you move on to harder variations, like one armed pushups, bodyweight squats to pistol squats, chinups to one armed chinups, and so on. An exercise needs to be a certain level of taxing for hypertrophy to actually take place.

All that being said, just go to the fucking gym. Nobody cares what you look like unless you're huge as fuck or a thot. I say this as someone who had the same stupid idea of building strength through bodyweight exercises at home and then going to the gym with a better level of strength, and it's just gay. Going to the gym and doing heavy compounds is going to be the fastest way for you to build muscle and every day you're not going is a waste. Building muscle just with calisthenics at home without a lot of equipment is very, very, very hard and I know because I tried that exact same shit

You need to workout more muscle groups with more weight than just body weight. Get a dumbell set from Amazon or something if you want to keep working out at home. Make a routine, target each major group, get some squats and shit going. Made good progress so far in weight but you're not going to look jacked just running and doing pushups. Get some arm and shoulder exercises going, back, etc

Eat food but also post body

gomad on top of regular meals unironically

I'm not sure if I can handle that, user. I don't want any attention, but my stick thin frame tends to bring it.

I'm not very experienced at all with free weight exercises. Could you post some sources for the stuff you're talking about?

You need to build your core.I suggest doing hipthrusts into me 5xF every night

Just go to the gym. You might have gotten looks at 96lb for being a turbo skellie, but at 120lb you're just a regular skellie.
The first time is the worst due to your conceptions about attracting attention, but you will quickly realise no one cares about you.
>t. started going gym at 54kg (119lb) 5'10 as a anxious 17 year old

do you play guilty gear?

eat more food, skip cardio, hit the weights

Watch the Alan thrall video on bulking.

Also, just go to the gym. Early morning and late at night when there's fewer people. You say "I need help bros" but you reject the advice that youre given. Do you want to make gains quickly or not? Your future self is going to hate you for wasting time juggling dragon dildos at home instead of doing heavy compounds starting TODAY.

You're right. I'll head on over at those kinds of times. Thank you for the advice.

post body

Why are you so skinny? Of course you can do 80 push ups, you're light as a feather. Try doing those push ups with 180 lbs. You'll do half.

>96lbs
HOW ARE YOU ALIVE

I eat just as much as anybody else. I only gained the pounds through a whole fuck ton of extra meals and protein shakes with workouts.

Seriously, fuck my metabolism.

>muh metabolism

nope, unless you have a diagnosed reason, it's just simply you didn't have the appetite to eat more, me either, same story with all skeletons, but we get past it, you gained weight by eating above you maintenance, great work, keep it up

found a picture of OP working out

Attached: squelette.jpg (1000x563, 53K)

he's righthardly anyone has a fucked up metabolism. as a man at 6ft you should be above 155lbs at least in an untrained hungry skeleton state. at 6ft 120lbs you're underweight. fucking eat more and lift more. more likely your appetite is fucked. eat many small meals throughout the day and force yourself to eat them

Lookup some of Scooby's stuff. Scoobysworkshop. Custommealplanner. He has lots of information on his youtube and website. I was close to what you were too. Understand that within gaining weight, it means gaining muscle or fat. Muscle you could gain maybe max 15 pounds your first year of lifting with great nutrition and a good workout PLAN. I'm sure you don't care about gaining some fat. Fat can be gained very fast but you don't want to be unhealthy. What I do is a shake twice a day: 1 Cup milk, 300 calories of uncooked oatmeal, 1 banana, 45g of peanut butter (ingrediants only nuts/ sea salt, no vegetable oils etc.), 1 scoop protein, and cocoa powder for flavor and fiber since I use unflavored whey.

If you want to gain only muscle you'd only eat a small maybe 10% surplus ontop of your TDEE. Find out your TDEE. I eat more than I should for only gaining muscle because I don't like be skinny so I eat a bit extra desu around 3k calories a day.

What I do is I eat basically the same thing everyday. Shake, chicken/broccoli/mixed nuts from costco (those are packed with calories), chili that I batch cook from Scooby's recipe, and another shake. This makes it easy to know if I'm eating enough.

You also need a real workout plan. I use Scooby's intermediate plan. You need to follow a real plan if you want real progress.

YOU HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES.

>since I can't go to the gym looking like that
This is a lie you told yourself to keep from going. Why would you waste your precious noobgains on bodyweight exercises, user?

Just eat until you are full, then eat a little more. Eat you dense motherfucker, EAT.

OP here. In addition to the good advice y'all been dishing out so far, anything body specific y'all got for me?

Are you weighing your food? Add a big glass of milk after every meal.

Ugly, bad genes. Disgusting.
Only roids can help you

>since I can't go to the gym looking like that
you have no interest in self improvement

>that height
>that weight
become a professional long distance runner, you'll beat the kenyans

> 96 pounds
>just shy of 6 feet
you know there's inches between feet right?
5 foot isn't "just shy" of 6 foot

Just lift and eat. Don't overthink it.

I didn't care about my height too much since it was pretty average, but I checked it again for this. 71 inches, desu.

Strong advice, find a tiny shitty old person style gym and join. Keep doing it, it get's better. I was a skelly and last bulk I hit a 3plate bench.

I was the skelly in the background not the one in the foreground.
