lifting because martial arts is kinda gay

literally no reason to choose only one but I'm currently lifting right now and not fighting so I choose lifting

retard

Boxing is gay?

Fighting is for the lower classes and lesser races. You’re supposed to grow out of that by your 20’s btw lmfao, do you still watch cartoons as well?

i take it back

No choice at all, martial arts. I’ve been doing less bjj to focus on building muscle but that’s only because I’m vain and want to be huge. Dominating someone else who is trying to stop you is better then any pr

The dumbest post all night.

You had to fight other nude dudes while you stare at each other's benises back then

Where can I do this now?

>looking strong and lean vs looking fat or dyel and getting brain damage

>lift three days a week
>box 2-3 times a week
>run 2-3 times a week

My life rn. I don't do much outside of that besides working and hanging with my gf. I miss reading.

I'd do martial arts because I have more fun doing it, I like how it makes me get out the house to hang around people, and I feel like its boosted my confidence like the other day I was partnered with a chick for lab and I was able to actually have conversations with her which is something I totally wouldn't have been able to do before.

I've done martial arts my whole life. I'm rail thin and don't like the way i look, desu. my joints and hips are also fucked from the years of training.

If i could go back I'd probably do weight lifting, because it promotes good health as well and probably wouldn't fuck me up as bad.

Also the chances of getting in a fight are so small martial arts is hardly worth it besides training discipline and an active lifestyle, which are not limited to martial arts

desu? i did not write that

baka desu senpai

imagine having the penis of a buff greek wrestler in your face while fighting, that would be soooo weird haha

Audio books, mate.

You can listen during your work outs or in your car on the way to gym

I currently do both, why would I willingly limit myself to one or the other? What's with the either/or dichotomy?

Martial arts easy. The mental gains are kino and being able to kick ass is awesome

So is lifting

Do both, but I'd probably choose lifting. Less injuries, and greater health benefits, plus I'm white and fairly good shape financially. The chances of me even getting into a conflict are small.

I wouldn’t enjoy martial arts nearly as much if i’d never lifted.

Martial arts is better but lifting is too crucial to a happy life.

I do both and I would say lifting
