Shit, I might be shiddin this out my butt, if memory serves correctly baseline caffeine for an 8oz cuppa joe is somewhere around 90mg. However, caffeine content is highly variable depending on roasting, variety and preparation.

Caffeine is a godsend except when I workout after drinking a Monster I just get terrible diarrhea now. Gotta kick the stuff before it kills my gains.

What? I mix some sugar and coffee grounds in a shaker of chilled milk, shake it hard for 30 seconds, pour it out with a strainer that keeps out the grounds and that's it. Where does water factor in to this? I always drink cold coffee.

Retards. Though it's not unusual for me to ingest similar amounts in one day/few hours. But to it's rare to kill yourself as says, you'd have to be particularly retarded. Then you're talking about instant coffee, not real one. To brew it cold you'd need few hours. But not gonna lie, ice coffee like this when it's fucking hot is comfy. I got tired of monster and it's artificial taste, the volume is good to fill your stomach if you're cutting or/and want to surpress the hunger, but you can't get bored of coffee, especially with some delicious condensed milk (not the sugary one though)

Instant coffee? No man, instant mixes instantly. The one with grounds doesn't, I have to strain it out.
