Where do you fall on this chart? What is your bodyfat percentage?
As I was wondering if it is possible to go from 4.5 to 7 by going from 30% bf to 13% bf.
As I went from Type 2 obese to overweight and went from 3.0 to 4.5.
I still got a double chin. I could lose another 40 lbs and have a BMI of over 20. However, I noticed my face gains have been getting slower the more I lose weight.
Also where do you put yourself on this guide Jow Forums?

Also, how do you get a strong jawline. I read that if you do a cycle of steroids, then the muscles in your jawline will become bigger. Obviously you cannot train your facial muscles, but I'm guessing they would react to high levels of test.

as for your question you'll almost always look far better at low bf than at fucking 30% dude. the face is usually the last to lose it though so bear that in mind. you might have to go even lower than 13% to get that hollow cheek look (if you even have the bone structure for it).

Choosing ratings for yourself is tough, everyone thinks they are better looking than they are and you can never be too sure how other people perceive you because every girl sees this scale a bit differently. Should provide some reasoning as to you why you might fall where you do.
I'd say 6.5/7 or up. Reasoning: I know that I've never had ugly girlfriends; that's verified by numerous girls and guy friends. I typically only hook up with girls I would consider dating (from a looks perspective) and I've slept with around 45 women and have had 6 serious relationships before I turned 30 and got married. That being said, I think I'm on the higher end but not enormously high because I don't really think I'm all that great looking compared to the guys on the chart (leftmost column)

I still have some flab around my belly button, as well some extra fat on my lower back and butt but I already have hollow cheeks. They look escpecially well under the right lightining. Still a virgin loser though.

I feel it make sense. Asians aren't seen as masculine at all, so there best bet to getting a girl is to be an Asian flower boy type.
A female might be into kpop and so will go for flower boy type.

I'm not sure. I would say I have a perfect nose, strong jawline, good hair, green eyes and clear skin but my lips are bigger than "normal" white male (close to the guy at 8.0 on the left) I also have shitty beard genetics so I shave it off every morning.

Probably at a 2 if I can get my acne somewhat under control, which I probably will. Tanning and bodybuilding will continously advance my looks towards 3. At that point I will maybe take jaw surgery but right now its too expensive. Just by aging my looks get continously better so Im not too worried about it at the moment.
