Begin to stuff up on carbs everyday. Do this only for a couple weeks to a stretch your stomach. Hit your wall everyday then have just another bite before going to bed. Cereal, milk, PB and pizza is going to be your best friend during your early stages.
Unfortunately, there is no way around weight gain, especially for people who are underweight. You simply have to keep eating, even if you dont want to. You can make your life easier by drinking high calorie shakes, easier for the body to digest and doesnt make you feel like you're gonna explode

It is great since most cereal is calorie dense. 2 cups of cereal plus a cup of milk is y’all around 450calories. It’s my kryptonite

I supplement with a mass gainer to get to my calories needed since I don't have the appetite for it, but I have also been doing that for a while and I consider it training wheels and my appetite has increased a bit so I don't need as much of it, and some days none at all

I feel like people like me need to just have a grelin pill, so that your body is just flooded with the hormone that makes you hungry.

Eating more takes some experience to figure out what works best for you. It might take 2 years + to really get it down pat. It's a combination of eating calorie dense food ontop of healthy food, eating fast in one sitting and gorging. As well as not bulking too fucking hard once the boulder gets rolling.
No hard gainer bullshit you either eat a lot or your progress is a crawl. I recommend pizza +milk + cheap noodles ontop of healthy foods. Eat until you go into a food coma. And for god sakes make sure your cuts in the summer are good and you get lean before your next bulk.

buy a blender and start making high calorie shakes. use whole milk and through a cup of oats and a few spoons of peanut butter in there with whey. also rice is the most calorie dense grain.

Just keepat it. I went from eating barely 1000 cals day to 3000 in a few months. Eat 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day and then add a snack or 2 in between. Easy
Your appetite will grow as you start to eat more you just need to get past the initial struggle

Don't miss a single day of eating at a caloric surplus. If you're not sure how many calories something has, always undercount them.
Don't miss a single workout. Some days I could only lift at midnight while tired but I did it anyway, no matter what.
Try to increase the weight every week on almost every exercise. It's intimidating at first but very important for quick progress.
Never sleep for less than 6 hours. Aim for 7-8h, however quality is just as important as quantity.
Don't drink, don't smoke and don't do drugs, or at least try to limit it as much as possible. I'm purely clean so that may have helped me quite a bit.
Above all, believe in yourself that you are going to make it. It shouldn't even be a question to you but a matter of fact. Even if you make minimal gains, you're still going to be the best version of yourself you've ever been.
You'll need strong willpower to keep this up without fail but I can promise you that it does get easier once it all becomes the norm.
