Take a break, do it again. Rinse and repeat. I recommend making a sandbag pill. Take a bag, fill it with sand, or other similar sediments, and duct tape it all around and give it a few layers. It normally weighs around 40lbs or more. It's very versatile for use with home workouts.

as for pullups, it's hard to do progression exercises without any eqipment like an assisted pull up machine, but you could pick up some resistance bands and use them for assistance, or do negatives as the other user said. You could also try some of the exercises listed here:
