Will this type of exercise give me the same type of results as lifting weights?

Yh seems smart to me man. I rarely go gym even though i get it free through work but i have bench and weight sets at home so im not just doing bodyweight shit. Also doing cardio outside is nice. Get adjustable free weights as well as the weighted vest etc you were on about and you're gd to go

You look good, try doing some gymnastics lifts..L tuck and holding yourself in the top part of a pull-up and holding it there for 60 seconds...kills the biceps

I've gotten to the point where I need death metal blèring at max volume in my headphones to get through workouts, I dont think that's good.

It really depends man but always do minimum 100 tricep press ups a day and 30 pull ups which is a piece of piss when you do 50/15 in the morning and 50/15 at night, and no lol can do those cheating ones where you hold one wrist with the other. Can do incline 1 handed press ups though, no splayed legs. You?
Also make sure your pull ups are strict as hell. Full dead hang, legs straight and ever so slightly elevated forward.

I cant do incline one arm pushups but can do one arm pullups.
Do you think running with a weight vest will build quads? I've been reading David Goggins' books and he was talking about how running with a 20kg backpack built up his legs when he was training for a 100 mile race.

1 arm pull ups look bad ass gunna start training for them, how did you build up for it? Incline 1 arm press ups are quite easy to get to just start on the floor with splayed legs doing the awkward turn to adjust balance as you go up and down and gradually over time minimize the turn and bring your legs together. Then when thats strict build up the incline. Got em on a chair now, my dream would be in handstand like a fucking ninja.

I trained for them twice in my life.
First time I did weighted pullups for 2 months. I got up to 3 plates (60kg) weighted pullups and suddenly I could do 3-5 one arm pullups.
Second time I did one arm pullups assisted with 3 fingers and over the course of 2 weeks reduced my fingers to 1 finger. Soon after I did a few pullups with my assistance.
Also I didn't feel any exitement from doing one arm pullups. It felt more like a vanity party trick than something with substance.
I think being able to do 40 pullups in a row would be more impressive

join a hardcore gym, thats what i did and now i do a mix of oly lifting, calisthenics, jogging
check out the Jow Forumsbodyweightfitness sidebar, they have a good beginner routine for calisthenics.
This is open to everyone, but can having a heavy backpack on while doing pushups do the same thing? Or should I just do them on a higher incline instead? I feel like the incline would work my triceps more than my chest though
