Ya know, I met Jeff at the Arnold and that pretty well convinced me he was natty. Like, he looks well built, but he's not anywhere near a mass monster or anything. He is short AF but he abuses the angles pretty hard in his photos. In real life it's much more proportional IMO.

I think it actually looks pretty badass when you are short and jacked. There is nothing worse than a man that looks like a kid, and if you are short and skinny you are going to look like a kid, so being jacked is much better anyways.

Proportions are more important than size. His chest is way too large and his legs are non-existent.
