You need muscle bro, you were so fat your body had a shit ton of lose skin. Without muscle you will alway have a pouch no matter how skinny you get. Lift weights
i lift man...but i'm very tall and doesn't look bulky , also i'm depleted here , here is a pic 1 week ago after 500 grams of carbs , my skin is tighter on upperbody when glycogen is full but as soon is depleted it starts to sag

I look like you, 195cm (6ft something) and I weigh about 100kg. I have always weighed to much, also up to 125 kg, but the last few years 110 kg. I never have been in a great shape.
Goal is summerbody 2020, now training simce march, doing grate mom thinks I'm on steroids, not yet...
But that saggy lower belly stays, afraid it's loose skin. Plan to cut hard for another 5 to 7 kg. Untill I'm under 95 kg or when I start to see definition in abs, slow lean bulk up and cut again from januari 2020 till the start of the summer..
Maybe a light ananvar cycle in between, if I have the time. (Depends on work)
with psmf i feel like the skin is getting tighter , im still young (24) , i hope that when i reach 10% and stay 10% for 2-3 years the midsection skin will bounce and get tight. Anyway i plan to get tatto's over my stretch marks. Can you give me a bodyfat estimage plase ?
refeeds help to keep improving your lifts, but as long as you aren't on a massive deficit they won't do to much for fat loss
i managed to keep all my strnght with psmf , bench 3 plates , rows 3 plates , shoulder press with 40 kg dumbells ( all for 6 reps max)

I'm not an expert, but I would say between 14 to 18 % hard to say with loose skin. I also eat lot's of proteine during my cut to prevent to much strength/muscle loss. Shake in the morning, pre workout gives energy before a training, then I eat as late possible, eat a egg or two with veggies. In the evening a normal meal. It works for me :)
it gets tiring , i do this since march and it's takes a toll on me , i don't crave carbs but i ate so much protein this months i feel i have to throw up when i see meat but i'll continue to lean down..
I understand, but stay positive. I just think of next year when I will be able to take my shirt of on a festival or at the beach. I'm almost there just have to pull through.
