Pic related any good?

Pic related any good? amazon.co.uk/Sportstech-extremely-countless-exercises-heavy-duty/dp/B07JC3LCWY

I've been home gym master race for about 2 years now in my tiny ass room. All this time I haven't been able to do pull ups or face pulls/proper band exercises. This thing apparently allows me to do all that plus hang a punching bag for boxing. Do you think it's worth it? I really like the idea of hanging a bag for cardio. Also don't have space available on my walls so if I buy something like pic related it has to be attached to the ceiling

honestly a pretty sweet setup but those gimmicks aren't that usefull
I'd get a normal pullup bar and a dip station for that money if I were you, the only real advantage is that extra wide grip you won't get out of a doorframe bar

You think? What about boxing + face pulls? I don't think I need a dip station also my door is a bit crowded by garbage I can't really move and I don't know if I can fit a pull up bar there lol

That thing is going to snap off the ceiling in 0.02 seconds.

entirely dependent on how you fasten it

Will it snap with the included screws? It's your average euro apartment ceiling

If you want to do boxing then get a real bag instead of this gimmick thing. Facepulls are also a meme. Just have a big back and you won’t have problems

I am going to get a real bag, this thing is just the hanger/hook for the bag dude

Is there something similar I can put on a wall instead? But with the thing to put a boxing bag and all

I'd fear this. Get the wall mount one.

KS300. Open the link bro
Don't have a wall for it, I need to know if my ceiling can hold :(

Checkt
I don't see how this is better or easier than what I posted

buy it

Ok

No don't

Are you even sure you have the structures and beams to support these?

Or are you like a complete brainlet who's thinking of hanging a heavybag from the ceiling of an apartment?

Brainlet. But I think it can support it maybe? If not the whole ceiling there must be a part of it that's sturdier

You do own your property right?

You're not buying some shit to hang and a heavy bag to bang for hours at a fucking apartment right?

Imagine destroying property and being evicted lul.

Lol @ punch bag

What are you talking about? As long as his celing is made of concrete he's good.

I own it yep but I don't think it's gonna get destroyed. European construction doesn't have cardboard walls or ceilings

well find a good support beam friend

over here in america everything is like cardboard and ceilings are this "popcorn" shit home.howstuffworks.com/home-improvement/home-diy/projects/question256.htm

Knock on it lightly with a hammer. If it sounds hollow and and has a slight "thumping" sound to it it's probably plaster or gypsum concrete. If the sound is more high pitched and the hammer has a slight bounce, it's concrete.

You guys are supposed to attach these things into studs.

I am too brainlet for this test. Just tried it but I'm not sure about what I heard. It doesn't sound hollow or like metal but there was a tiny part where I hit where it did sound a bit like metal but idk if hollow.
I posted a pic of my ceiling, it's the same texture but the structure is different I think

Also if you or anyone knows what you are talking about pls help

>implying millennials know what ceiling/wall studs are

Listen here shitposting faggots. Can I attach this shit to my ceiling safely or not?
