And you weren't going to post proof?

Dont need to. I know I'm ripped

Nice bro!

Congrats user!!!!

Post vid

Ok

Nope. But I hit it

i hope it was your first 5 months
just hit 500x5
feelsgood

Good on you. I just benched 505. Won’t post video either, but hit it.

I've actually only been working for 3 months lol. I'll get there someday. My bench has always been my weakest lift. My squat is 565 and deadlift is 675. I'll get to 500 bench someday.

Good for you man! I'm gonna try 455 next week. I'm hoping to hit 405 OHP, 675 bench, 765 squat, and 855 deadlift by the end of the year. I've only been working out for 3 months so I have noob gains to make.

It's funny how all those fucking dyels are ironically replying in this thread because even 2pl8 is something impossible for them.

Nice bro. At +10lbs/workout 3x/week you should be able to put about 480 pounds on your squat by 1/1.

Stay on SS for all of 2020 and you should put 1,560 pounds on your lower body lifts and 780 pounds on your presses. Drink that milk!

No you're not. You're a bloatfat strength bitch that cannot run a sub-10 min mile.

405 ounces?

Yeah but you're not aesthetic.

I'm 6'2 200 lbs 7-8% bodyfat. I'm full natty too.

>I'm 6'2 200 lbs 7-8% bodyfat
>6'2" 200lbs noodle arms
>405lbs bench
ok there kiddo one day in your dreams we may

Smith machine

Friendly reminder for any seethers a 2 plate bench is more impressive to normies than a 4 pl8 squat

6'2 200lbs is huge at those bodyfat percentages.

zyzz wasn't 200lbs on the right, and he could barely deadlift 405lbs much less bench it

I'm 6'2 200lbs 5% bodyfat. I can bench 405, squat 565, and deadlift 675. I've also only been working out for 3 months I'd say I'm making pretty good progress. But this is the internet.

zyzz was honestly dyel as fuck for someone who lifted for like 4 years and roided

Sweet larp

Not a larp buddy. I did gymnastics for 15 years and my dad was an IFBB pro so I have the genetics. My first time lifting I could bench 315 for 3 reps.

post body with timestamp then

Good job, you must have worked really hard for a long time to be able to do that.
Don't forget to give your body much needed rest (especially your nervous system) after such a feat.

if you’re gonna jerk yourself off this hard, you should back it up. although you are probably a 100 pound asian manlet whose latest arm workout was picking his ass

Dont need to. I know I'm jacked

if you know it then why flex it on Jow Forums?
