Test C has a half life of 7 days. You split the weekly dose to keep your test level stable instead of fluctuating from a single weekly dose.

You would need PCT when you stopped.
But low dose/TRT can be done forever.
PCT is more of a thing for cycling off large doses.

Dude if you're planning to cycle why not go up to a higher dose? You're going to shut yourself down and need PCT anyway, what's the point of doing a cruise dose.

Cruising at a TRT dose is something that you'd do permanently, but you don't need to I assume.

Are you properly recovering, getting enough sleep, resting, taking deloads when/if necessary?

What are you actually eating, macro-wise?

I'm stacking boric acid, zinc, garlic, maca, ginger, vitamin D, C and magnesium and a good multi. I'm otherwise healthy, I lift, eat and sleep right and I avoid test lowering activities and foods. Having my test checked in a few weeks.

If the supps haven't affected my levels significantly, I'll just go to another physician that's actually willing to put me on TRT for my low test.

Tribulus terrestris, It's definitelly working, tea is best but you can go pills too.

for breakfast i eat oats in a bowl of plain greek yogurt. lunch i eat several servings of nuts, carrots, and either protein bars or a shake. dinner i eat a pound of vegetables, a pound of meat, several bowls of rice. so i should be getting enough protein
