How to drink alcohol without getting fat

I want to lose fat but sometimes I drink alcohol in party and alcohol + soda that's a lot of calories so How can I you know drink without take fat

why do people think because you drink alcohol that you will become fat? They never just look at their diet and actually try to find the real problem

Put a tampon in a vodka glass, then put the tampon up your ass. The asshole will absorb the alcohol and it will go straight into your blood. Since the alcohol is not in your stomach, you will not have any calories from it

On a sensible note, just drink vodka + zero calorie soft drinks or light beer. Vodka soda is like 60cal. Not that soft drinks are great for you but kick the sugary stuff. The main reason drinking isn't conducive to dieting is because you're much more likely to cheat on a diet if you're drunk, eg you'll go and get chips/kebab from a van or something.

moderation, no binge drinking or drinking too often
keep it simple: either straight liquor or with soda water/diet soda if you really want soda flavor
you'll be fine as long as it's not overdone

Only drink it with diet soda. All the calories need to come from the alcohol only.

Drink after not eating for 6 hours. Eat a low fat and low carb diet the morning/ afternoon you plan on drinking at night.

Genetics aside, if you're a regular drinker then your diet better be squared away with next to no cheating. Cardiobro life will give you a lot of leeway.

Binging on fast food and eating like shit when drunk is why people gain weight, not the alcohol itself. Also getting wasted on a weekend can set you back an entire week of gains.

Alcohol calories don't really work the same as regular calories. You absorb less than half of them, probably less if you're drinking a lot since you're body doesn't have time to metabolize all of it.

I have never consumed alcohol and never plan to. I have an addictive personality and the stuff is poison anyways. There's no value to drinking it, its just as bad if not worse than cigarettes.

The best way to salvage is probably by drinking something with high volume of ethanol, so you'll get as many calories from the actually active subtance and fewest from sources that are redundant. Something like absinth would probably work well then, though the chocie is yours. The issue is that you really cannot avoid getting the extra calories.

Well, it's generally because they add alcohol on top of their normal diet and don't ajust for the added energy, making them gain over time.

Slimming is a pretty good option, though it's kind of hard to pull off in a normal situation and it's not something most people would want to do.

400ml of vodka straight youll be fine its not much but it gets you drunk and you dont wake up with any hangover because youre not drinking corn syrup juice

I tried half a liter of pure vodka once and other than messaging people I haven't talked to in months if not years, tomorrow I still felt like I was hollowed out with a spoon, put in a barrel and rolled down a mountain for hours. I guess it's still better than tequila hangovers.

Hangovers are mostly sleep deprivation and dehydration.
The best way to avoid a hangover is to drink water alongside any alcohol. Water has no calories. If you forget to drink water during, you can skull as much water as you can before going to bed and that mitigates most of the hangover.

No it doesn't waste the gains of the week the effect of alcohol on muscle building is pretty neglible if you are not drunk everyday.
I also have a friend whos getting hammered every week sometimes multiple times a week and is buff and lean as fuck and a has won a few smaller boxing titles. But dude is already training in the morning again if he drank last night tho.
