I think OP is upset because he thinks he's paying a lot for an apartment and the gym in the apartment complex has weights just laying around. His assumption is that the more expensive the gym is, the more responsible people are with re-racking weights and putting stuff away. A few posters called him out and OP began sperging out.

However in any big city 1700 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment is not expensive and in fact fairly cheap, both NYC and San Fran are like 2000+ for a single apartment, so OP's wrong in thinking he belongs to the upper class. Secondly there's no connection to people being responsible adults and putting weights away and how much you pay for a gym membership.
