1. Workout 6x a week minumum, 3 days on 1 day off (20 minutes of cardio, 40 minutes of weights followed by a brisk walk for 30 minutes) 2. Cut out all processed foods. 3. Limit carbohydrate intake and increase protein intake (drink up to 3 shakes a day) 4. Take a Multi, fish oil, EGCg, curcumin, and any other shit you can get ur hands on (check out examine.com) 5. Get a good preworkout, because your obviously lazy as fuck, so this will give you the energy you need to do what you have to do. Good luck

Its rather difficult to get roughly 200g of protein in through meals, supplementing makes it much easier. BCAA are a meme, choose a pre-workout with caffeine, L-citruline, Beta-alanine, creatine, taurine (filter through examine.com to find that which is useful).
