What the fuck? Props on the chick for trying, but if that's the most she can do then goddamn, she'd better find something the hell else to do. Swimming is unironically amazing exercise for cardio and general resistance training in addition to not destroying old/fat peoples' joints.
Regarding pushup form: waist is raised too high, your body should form one straight line from your toes to your head; core should be engaged to maintain this form. Legs being spread apart is fine for beginners, but that in addition to only doing like 1/5 of the full motion? Too much - if you're at that point, I'd recommend either doing standing pushups, incline pushups, or just keep your knees on the ground. Another alternative would be to skip pushups for now in favor of maybe just planking instead.
If a fat person insists on doing pushups, I'd recommend keeping their arms tucked closer to their body to reduce stress on their elbows. Biggest rec, however, is still to skip the calisthenics and hit the pool.
Man, at this point seeing a fat person attempt to do any form of physical exercise is enough for me. I'm sure I looked just as stupid back in high school trying to squat 95lbs or bench the bar.

If you can't go all the way down on the floor yet, try doing pushups with your hands on an elevated surface like the wall or a table. Don't do knee pushups as they're not really the same movement pattern.
