I need to accessorize, my squats are pretty hamstring dominant, and my bench is pretty tricep dominant. But also, if you’ve lifted long enough you should know even the compounds we hold dearest aren’t required for hypertrophy or strength, anything works as long as you progressively overload.

You need quad development. Thats front squats not leg press especially if your squats are hamstring dominant. Leg press wont do anything for you.

My bench has always been the toughest and progresses very slowly, at 155lbs x 5 right now
I just started rowing though, which is probably why back and lats are novice
