It started yesterday

Mid November. Get your used to consuming more calories. Thanksgiving and the leftovers provide ample amount of gains to be made.

it never finished

Im going to continue my cut through until November 22nd 2020.

Then I'll dirty bulk for 3 months eating at buffets and shit. Donuts every Saturday. Bbq instead of chicken breast

and start another 2 year lean cutting cycle after that

I think I'm going to go for it now and cut again in February/March

What if i eat dirty and carb reload 1 day a week during my rest day? Then eat chicken breast/salmon and broccoli then other 6 days a week

Try it, CICO, I guess?

End of summer/beginning of fall is when I usually start bulking. Mostly because I'm used to football season starting around that time

tfw perma dirty bulk

The autumn equinox marks the beginning of bulking season for me. Recomp begins on the spring equinox. Gonna bag me some birds this fall and a durr this winter for the cheap and humane proton.

This

Halloween is always when bulking season starts. You cut to look shredded for your Halloween costume, then start your bulk in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I wanna look like a big guy for mine

Lads what is your go to bulking meal?
For me it’s shepherd’s pie

i'm so over with bulk/cut cycles i will just cut and maintain

Then lean bulk, then bulk properly after Halloween.

I spent the past 10-12 months trying to cut, already cut from 300 - 200lbs last year and have been trying and failing to get the last 20-30

To lose weight at 1lb i week or more i seem to have to drop my calories to like 1500 a day which kills my gym performance and makes me feel shit
To maintain any performance at the gym then i wind up losing maybe 1lb a month.
Slowly dropped about 6lbs this year while figuring this out while making minimal gym gains.

I started today boys, aiming for 2600-2800 cals on training days, 2500 on days i miss the gym.

i'm gonna try and put 10lbs of good muscle on in the next 6 months and hopefully do it sensibly enough to drop my BF%.

Were gonna make it

whoops, I meant bulk and maintain

Is it really necessary to be 12% before trying to add mass? I'm stuck floating around 16 for some time now and it's getting hard, lifts are dropping, almost constantly hungry. The gym is the one thing I derive happiness from. I started trying to lose weight at 26-30% so I'm very happy with what I've lost but it's been almost a year, I'm at 1/1.8/2.5/3 and I don't think my muscles are significantly grown

yep, yesterday ate 2 pizzas and today im upping the carbs

>tfw you've been bulking for 5 years and there's no end in sight.

I'm still 40-50lbs from my goal weight
