Over the last 4 months though I've been running PPLPPLX strictly compound lifts and eating plenty...but I could be getting more sleep.

Bruh 3 months is literally nothing in natty lifting, builtfat comes in about 1.5 years of constant lifting. If you cut/bulk cycle you will go from athletic to builtfat. Don't ever expect to become like bodybuilders in under 3-4 years of constant training. On the other hand you can roid and make it all happen in a couple of months. But with all the drawbacks of being roided up its not worth it for a normal human being.
