>tfw failed the 5th rep of bench press on the third week
>had to do the roll of shame and everyone looked around as the weights clanged onto the floor

Well, user, tell us more? What did you exercise?

The thing that i noticed is that the person who fails benchpress is always a million times more ashamed and bothered than people around them, everyone just moves on. When i first started out there was a dude that got pinned under 2plates right near me, i helped him and he was so apologetic about it. I even smiled and said "i can't even lift half your weight" but he was still sulking around 10 minutes later.

Like, everyone gets it. You tried hard to lift weight and failed, no shame in that.

Did the gym bully use lube?

I was lifting at like 1am once and a guy tipped a machine over. I lifted it off him with another guy and he thanked us. I do not even remember what he looks like. I honestly couldn't care less beyond ensuring he isn't hurt

This. People think they're being judged for inexperience when really nobody cares. The only people we judge are assholes who don't rerack their weights.

Just ensure you put ice on your asshole otherwise you might struggle to sit comfortable

And people with tiny water bottles. 1/2 gallon minimum lads. Don't be that guy

White people and their fucking water bottles

I went to the new gym yesterday and already met some guys I know from my old one, it made everything way comfier and I think gym cured my siciophobia (or maybe i just hammered my hormones back in place with heavy lifts and stopped being a pussy).

>2019
>not tipping the machines as you leave

>not gupling out of your 2 gallon bottle and shouting "HAAAH I REALLY NEEDED THAT"

>tipping machines
Do Americans really do this?

yes

I just go to the water fountain. Bottle is nice if you're packing BCAAs or something but why carry around just water?

I forgot about this thread my bad, mostly chest hands and a little bit of abdominals chief

You trained hands?

HANDS? i feel like my life is a lie

I'm not supposed to drink during workout?

>Not training hands
NGMI

Made me kek

>hands
Cause you can clearly exercise a body part without muscles

>a body part without muscles
Yours just haven't developed because you skipped hand day all your life

Jesus fuck, biceps you trigger happy retards

>without muscles
Maybe yours handlet lmao

>ypipo xd

Fuck off

good, there are many threads like that, glad you did it, keep at it

>I was getting a little THIRSTY

Tell me your ways user, I don't want to be a handlet anymore.

I also stared at three thots who glanced back at me. Even the receptionist said good bye to me.

that was you? aaaahahahahahahhaahah

Did you tip her? It's common courtesy to tip the receptionist when you leave.

post your hand routine

>hands
