Why would he need to post body? 70kg is less than 1x bw for most men. Any man with a manual labor job will be able to easily rep this without ever setting foot in a gym, and most men with a sedentary job will achieve this in 2-3 months tops. Dude probably has kleinfelter or 70kg is his 20 rep max.

You've got shit technique. I floundered around for years doing the wrong technique. At my strongest I did 115kg for 3 reps. I then dislocated my shoulder and fucked my back, 2 years later my bench was down to 110 for 1.
I then realised the whole fucking time I was benching I wasn't using leg drive. I thought arching my back and pushing my legs down did something. It didn't.
I watched a few more benching videos and realised you're supposed to be pushing yourself BACKWARDS, as if you intend to slide yourself off the bench.
My bench went from 110 for 1 to 130 for 2. Fix your technique.
