I was 250lbs and 5'11 and went down to 190lbs in nearly a year all I did was track calories and train at the gym rest of the time I was just stuck inside playing vista.
I did notice weight starts to go off slower the lighter u get too
Of course its doable man!

Fast

Fast for 3 days, eat OMAD keto for 2 days, go back to a 3 day fast and rinse and repeat until you're not fat.

50 pounds in 2 months

Yes. IF and low carb

thanks!!

Sounds reasonable. Do cardio, count your calories, cut out processed/junk foods and added sugars. Start eating nutrient dense foods and cooking from raw ingredients.

Going down to 160 sounds a little light to me but if you set that goal and eat better/be more active it you'll definitely go down a noticiable in 9 months. Good luck, bud.

I'm the same height as you, and I started at 215lb late July last year. I hit 160 during the first week of January. Granted, I lost fast at first so I likely had a good amount of water weight, but still. 9 months is more than enough if you're strict and consistent.

You’ll look extremely skinny after 50 pounds at 5’10” unless you’re working out heavy too. 9 months is more than enough time if you’re consistent. I was 210 at 6’0” and lost 20 pounds in less than a full month

That's not even 2 pounds a week. Easily doable without even excercising. Personally took me about double that time but I was inconsistent. Fasting could help catch up when you fuck up but wouldn't even be necessary.
