I’ve found that changing my diet is the best way to break a gainz plateau. Every time I switch diets I make gainz for a month or two and then my body adapts. Doing hard keto for 3-4 months drops the fat and immediately switching to a high carb diet for 3-4 months gives great gainz while easily staying lean.

I was 94 kg a month or so back (gained like 5kg after holiday, too much beer). I did strict keto for 2 weeks with a new workout program, dropped down to 87kg and felt great. I then stopped for 2 weeks, went back to my heavier lifting routine and I'm now 93kg, but my stomach and fat % has definitely dropped a lot. I must have gained some muscle at least.
For the 2 weeks after the keto, I did eat pretty shit (too much takeaways etc.), so I'm doing this again. Currently on day 4 of keto, but once the 2 weeks is over, I will stick to almost the same diet. Only difference is that I will still eat 100% healthy and add potatoes, rice and pasta into some of the meals, mostly the ones I take at 4PM and the one after gym, which is usually at 7-7:30 PM.
I definitely feel a difference and even people who hadn't seen me in a while said I was looking much leaner and more defined. Definitely built up some muscle in this period.
This is personal anecdote, but for me I 100% feel and see a difference.
People are always meme-ing about keto, but if you follow it 2-3 weeks you will lose a lot weight (a lot of water weight too though) and by then adding good carbs to the same diet, you will definitely get bigger.
Keto with regards to bodybuilding and lifting is purely for cutting reasons. After you have cut and lost some fat, then you build the muscle by introducing carbs back into your diet. It's literally that simple.
Going from 87kg to 93kg sounds impossible, but I still do have some fat! Also, the water weight definitely added to this.
I'm not saying I gained 6kg of muscle in two weeks... That would be fucking absurd and impossible.
