If you eat a scoop at a time without digestive enzymes you're wasting it.
Kind of glad nobody knows that though.
2 scoops because I’m bad about eating enough
unironically been eating oats for dinner 90% of the time for about 9 months
1 scoop of vanilla protein, milk, raisins or blueberries/apple if you think raisins have too much sugar add cinnamon
or
1 scoop peanut butter flavored protein, milk, 2 tablespoons of PB2, 1 tablespoon of real peanut butter
500gr a day I usually mix it with mayo
Only if your pancreas sucks at producing enzymes on its own for any plethora of reasons; none of which apply to me.
3 scoops
3 times a day
3 days a day
GOTTA EAT BIG RIGHT BABE?
2 scoops = 1 serving of cellucor with their small ass scoops.
1 serving for protein shake
1 serving if I make protein waffles

1 casein before bed (30g)

Anyone know why ON gold standard Whey has so many shit reviews on Amazon UK?
11 SCOOPS C'MON
they say they get fake products so I just bought at a bit higher price from bodybuilding.co.uk
1 - 4 Scoops
>bad workout
1,5 scoop, I don't deserve more.
>alright/nothing special workout
2 scoops even
>great workout
2,5, I have earned that extra protein through hardship and struggle
Two heaping scoops after a workout and when I need some more protein after after dinner I make another shake with teo scoops.
this
I usually eat around 180g-200g overall protein a day, of which 90-120g is whey
I hit about the same but without any whey. Are you cutting?
4 scoops currently because of Rapid fat loss/Protein sparing modified fast
What brand? I buy mine out of Tesco and it's only 17g per scoop what the fuck.
tesco.com
I need to lose weight to see if I have gyno so this interests me. You just downing 4 shakes a day and nothing else?
I used to have 1 whey post workout and 1 casein before bed but now I just have the casein and I'm still getting too much protein.
One whey a day
1x whey and 1x casein
Anyone got the vocaroo?
2-4 scoops
around 90g
Just meeting the daily requirements, which is roughly around 0g per day. Only idiots take any form of protein isolate. Your protein should come with micronutrients and fats, the way nature intended.
EVERY DAY EVERY NIGHT
animals are mostly lean, you are right about whey though
>Your protein should come with micronutrients and fats
So chicken breast and steak is out? Pack it up lads some mudskin on Jow Forums is dishing out the knowledge.
Really? What about pork shoulder? Beef chuck? Pork belly? Ribs? Chicken thighs? Not to mention full fat dairy and eggs. Protein always comes with fat and micronutrients that your body NEEDS. Not taking it through whole foods is absolute lunacy and a great way to get sick multiple times per year, which is by no means normal.
Steak, depending on the cut, has fat in it. Chick breast is the worst cut of meat, due to abundance of added hormones, antibiotics and other toxins due to the poor conditions in which chickens are raised. Unless you can find organic, which is as rare is I like my steak. SO, very.
I can't tell if you're a retard or a contrarian. If you have good science about whey being bad for you then please present it to your local University.

not my fault you are a brainlet, thinking that separated shit can replace the actual food.
I'm guessing you live in some kind of third world country.
Organic/ free range chicken is common in north america. Just much more expensive compare to factory farmed.
not even the fastest protein to absorb
lean pork aborbs 10g per hour, compared to 7.9g/h of whey. you get trace minerals and vitamins from pork. none from whey isolate.
Nobody is saying whey should replace actual food you autist. It's to supplement protein intake due to a myriad of reasons for being unable to get enough protein otherwise.
None, I'm not interested in trading in my natty card
I'm doing it wrong/weird but I eat:
One scoop with milk and an egg in morning, sometimes with psyllium
BCAA/HMB 1.5 hours between meals
Two scoops and an orange for lunch
BCAA/HMB 1.5 hours between meals
Scoop and milk
Optional, can fast at this point or continue eating.
BCAA/HMB 1.5 hours between meals
Fish or lean meat for dinner.
I don't get hungry at all, and at the most I'm eating 1700 calories with 180g protein
Look up Lyle McDonald, rapid fat loss.
You can eat vegetables as much as you like, you need to take multivitamins. And he also recommends cod liver oil tablets, 10g a day.
I've only been doing it a week so I can't post progress. I lift very heavy low volume twice a week. 4pl8+ squat and diddly. And some bench
have fun drinking your lean pork, you fucking autist.
Last time I did PSMF, I was blasting 10 scoops every lifting day.
>tfw used to blend up cabbage and boiled chicken in a magic bullet and chug it
thanks for reminding me of those dark days
Incredibly based, did it work?
I'm about to finish work for a few weeks so I might do this too.
How fat were you? How often were you lifting?
How about long pork?
I hope those trials have led you to a path of making it brah.

I eat like 10 eggs, lots of meat and dariy every day so I dont need it
I wanna long pork ur mum
6days/week on a minimalist PPL variant, low volume. Started at 220, stopped at 170. Around three months total
It did the job very quickly, though I started "eating" only on MWF (pull, push, legs respectively) and totally fasting every other day just to speed up the lard loss. Supps: lite salt (added to shakes, which I still do to this day), psyllium husk powder (low carb), fish oil, vit D3, vit C, B-complex, magnesium+zinc.
Interesting, how strong were you at this point also?
so you did a 24hr fast 3+ times a week?
1/2/3/3ish, was getting back into lifting after being a sedentary lardass for several years. Btw, do cardio post-workout.
It was really more like two 47 hours fasts and one 71 hour fast. I chugged all 10 scoopz within an hour after getting back from the gym.
>implying 3rd world countries don't have the freest, healthiest poultry at a fraction of the cost
"Organic" is just rudimentary with a markup.
I don't eat whey. Doesn't it raise estrogen levels or some shit like that ? I swear Anglin made an article about that some time ago
If you're a brain-dead retard don't out yourself as a white-nationalist, you're not doing us any favours
3-4 scoops, depending on what else I eat during the day.
I actually have a high IQ and a PhD
Idiot yet intellectual
Ok
Fuck off you little pussy
You hang around with feds you larping retard, do something producing for the white race for once
How? Don't tell me you eat 2lb of beef every day.
>>this assblasted expensive steak isn't much better than 2$/lb antibiotic free and natural chicken breast
Well is Tesco the only place to buy proteins? There are millions of online stores for proteins.
No, and according to metadata whey is the best source of protein for both gaining lean body mass and retaining it during hypocaloric conditions.
2 scoops. One in morning shake with banana and spinach. The other after a workout.
Ground beef, chicken thighs, breasts, and eggs. Sometimes I'll eat salmon and shrimp too. 3000 cals and I get 220g easy.
So you eat around 1 kilogram of meat/eggs a day? That's really expensive compared to whey, but if money isn't a problem then why not.
>lets say you need 150g a day.
He 100% doesn't
90 g of protein from whey each day, meat is too expensive but not chicken but fuck you if I'm gonna eat that much chicken daily...
Not really ground beef and boneless thighs are cheap. Plus I like eating food rather than drinking all my calories, it's more satisfying.
None. Just eat food you retard. It's all a gimmick. Unless you are running some crazy gear you cant utilize that. It's just scoops of fat.
>It's just scoops of fat.
Brainlet
1 scoop, even that is to autistically reach a minimal protein target based on the average of what sites on the internet suggest. Of course and by how I'm feeling in the moment of the day.
Daily reminder that literally no experiment has shown health issues with protein intakes as high as 4.4g/kg a day.
The notion protein poses issues for healthy people seems to be traced to a meme book called The Rice Diet. While people with failing kidneys improve on a low protein diet, there's no evidence it impacts healthy people.
I have 1 scoop only on days i lift in the morning. I am in a rush to get to work, and don't have time to get something in my tummy except for something fast like a scoop of whey. Any other day, i just cook right after I get done lifting.
I get all my protein (150g) from whey
it's been months since I started eating like this and I'm perfectly fine
post body
today I had 5 scoops
am I going to die?
I don't eat whey, i get 120-170g protein a day
I didnt buy whey since I was a dyel noob years ago and fell for all the memes.
I bought bulk powders protein in vanilla
Did i do good?
>artificially fattened animals
>tHe WaY nAtUrE iNtEnDeD
The only natural meat is game meat. And guess what, it's lean as fuck
yes, unless you work out 5 times as hard
