I did this bc I became allergic to coffee. I still drank it for too long although I always felt like I was about to die, so strong was my addiction.

Black tea is the better beverage anyway, I'm happy for that switch now

I take 6 coffees per day. I already had to go to the hospital because I passed out due to the ammount of caffeine I take. That shit is awesome

Unless you were taking starbucks americanos which amount for like 4 expressos each (300 ~ 400 mg caffeine, for a daily 1.8g to 2.4g of caffeine), I cant see how you passed out from that. I literally take 3 caffeine pills pre workout (600mg) and feel jittery and juiced working out but that's it

Anyhow, I drink instant coffee most of times. 2 to max 3 cups a day.
I'm thinking about investing in one of these bad boys. As far as I know, DeLonghi is the superior brand so if anyone has any advice on the best model, let me know.

Personally it makes me weaker. The only boost you get is mental.

I was surprised by my non-caffeinated strength too. The issue for me is stiffness/soreness. I always wake up in Frankensteinmode and a coupla cuppas destroys that

There's the big one. As I found back in my wrestling days, coffee = vasoconstriction. Fast weak heartbeat. Cardio becomes absolute shit.

Also it's bad for pumps, your arms feel tight and motion is restricted but they don't get that full joocyness.

Anyway, I had less coffee today than yesterday. Hoping to keep it up while working out every day (sometimes 2x). I'm NEET and this is my only remaining drug addiction so I think I can finally kill it.
