I've reset taken brakes did multiple form checks and just can't even do bodyweight anymore without severe pain.
Weight 171 and can bench 230 for 3 clean reps with 0 discomfort but just a few bodyweight dips is unbearable.

German hangs helped me when I had sternum pain. Just lay off doing any chest stuff and do german hangs daily for a few weeks and you'll be good as new.
