You can get 60 eggs at Walmart for about $4.
i live in europe, apart from eggs? lentils?
Lentils are good. Milk has most everything you need as well. How much could you spend a week on food??
Oats is a fine, cheap breakfast.
You can also get eggs, onions, peppers and tortilla(and maybe some cheese) and prep up a week's worth of breakfast burritos.
For lunch/dinner you can get frozen veggies, chicken and rice for under 30 dollars.
i'm a student, i have about 800 euro a month and spend 250 on rent, so i guess about 300 a month-75 a week.
Oatmeal, milk, tortillas, steak. Apples, oranges, carrots.
Bam.
do frozen veggies have any vitamins in them?
>75€ a week
