Don't worry lads it does get better. As long as somewhere in your brain you actually wanna change, then you will. Two years ago I was fapping all the time, 1-4x a day to some questionable shit. I was fat, my classes were failing and my social life was dissapointing.

It's been 324 days of nofap, and a lot more of noporn. The nofap is probably unnecessary from what I've gathered, but it's easier than keeping self control to only fap once a week. I told myself I would not fap again until I lost my virginity. This week I did it. Life is fucking good nowadays, almost every aspect is improving at some rate, all that needs is a genuine desire to see yourself succeed and at least some confidence.

Things that helped me along the way:
>cold showers
>belief in god/prayer
>nofap
>getting lean
>picking up a team sport
>nice haircut

It starts with you, but everything is possible.

Accept that you are a human bean, and that most of the things you'll do in your life will be mediocre. The biggest issue with beating yourself over at night over the things that you did/didn't that day is that you increase the bets against yourself. Every time you try again you're just pushing more load, and every time you fail you're beating yourself harder and harder.

Just be ready to fuck up as much as possible, and accept that that's ok. From there you'll get the baseline to start building, you'll do everything you did so far, but you'll maybe clean your kitchen, and focus on that one good thing at the time.
