Nah. Just bulk up. At 100kg your lifts will be good.

>Using Jow Forums as a standard for strength
That was your first mistake, but yes you are weak, just keep lifting heavy and eating like a big dude, I was a former skelly, trust me, it’s possible

Fucking skeletons making garbage threads complaining about the fact that you have to step out of your comfort zone, in so tired of this shit
Off yourself

Sorry you fucker that i felt a bit insecure about the shit i do in order to improve myself and i had to ask for your advice and opinion.
Bitch

Can't be that bad. Some nerds start out and can't even bench the bar so benching 35kg is better than not benching at all.

Ight my g thanks ill keep lifting, really gives me hope

It's about eating right. You don't do that, nor do you likely know how to.

Breakfast, I eat granola cereal that comes with fruit, and usually my own fruit like bananas or chocolate almonds.
Other good breakfast options are oats, made with some milk (after cooking w/ water) cinnamon and brown sugar, real sugar works too. Add bananas and trail mix, some honey maybe. Sidenote, i used to add a lot of sugar until i eventually developed a taste for oats, and then i figured out adding all the good shit.
Eggs are a staple.

Just about anything that is nutritious. It's not rocket science. Carbs are your friends and will make you a high functioning athlete. This does not mean pure sugar. Oats, granola, and everything i said there is filled with macro nutrients that you need to regulate functions in the body, such as hormones. Your ability to focus is directly affected by the food you eat for days and weeks consistently. The food u eat the day before affects you for days. Youll think clearer, focus harder and longer. Do not overlook diet.
The idea with carbs is to get carbs that are rich in nutrients.

Lunch I eat a sandwich with whole wheat bread filled with all kinds of seeds in the crust (for required fats.) More or less than a half a pack of meat, depending on my appetite, money. I fill that shit with spinach and provolone cheese (fermented food good for gut bacteria, which regulates brain function).
If im not in school, I can make a burrito with beans, spinach, meat OR eggs, or rice (CHEAT: BEANS AND RICE IS A COMPLETE PROTEIN WHILST BEING RICH IN NUTRIENTS). Dont forget the salsa baby.
I can also do leftover chicken, or beef. A lot is interchangeable here. This is also a good breakfast option.

Dinner, I eat a lot of chicken, with some sort of carbs like brocolli, asparagus, and for more carb heavy options i do potatoes or spaghetti (either buttered or with marinara).
Always get some green veggies, some fruit for snacks.

What do you guys eat for gains?

Welp i try my best here but everytime i read some thread about carbs=bad i get worried on how many carbs i eat daily, i also have a bowl of oats with milk as breakfast, lunch and dinner are a surprise since i dont cook it myself but meat is always present, mixed grains bars as snacks and a good ole protein shake per day (idk how i can improve it i try to eat a lot but i cant i dont have enough time to eat so i end up eating not that much)

A burger from mcdonald's is shit for you. A burger made at home is good.
IF you are cutting guys, decrease the amount of rice, pasta, potatoes, and other carby carbs, but do not neglect the meat and veggies. Depriving yourself is not a good thing to do.
Snacking until one meal that is not very nutritious isnt very good, either. But whatever you wanna do do melt off the fat is your choice. Just realize that it's not the only choice, and it's a vicious cycle if you get stuck in depriving yourself to lose weight. There are smarter ways to eat, for sure.

Good thread

Sorry m8

Carbs are not bad. Carbs with no nutritional value are bad. The more you fill yourself with pure sugar, the less food you get all around. That granola im talking only 1/3 refine sugar, the rest is complex carbs. This stuff isnt very sating, even u eat a lot of it. I meal that is pure sugar will sate your need/hunger for more food.
fuck soda.

So long story short i have to avoid BAD carbs but good carbs from pasta, oats etc i should eat thanks user helps me lots

Well, diet is kind of a weird topic. I can simply say get in protein, carbs, and fats. But you can get that all from pizza.
Hence why there's a difference between a homemade burger and a McDonald's burger. Mcdonald's burger is cooked with a shit ton of nasty fats, sodium. The meat is poor quality because the animals have been shot up with so many hormones that it fucks with your gut bacteria, raises your chance for cancer.
I advocate getting Non GMO meat for that reason.

Im just saying, eat to live. Eating is one of the most important, yet overlooked things in people's lives.

Will do brah. i dont gotta worry about (luckily) processed meat and that shit since i live in a huge farm in argentina, thanks user.

Im confused about carbs
I thought more fats would be better instead bc it burns off slower
I've gained like 15lbs since june and i can still see my abs.

No problem. I was 115 pounds at 15, and now at 18 I'm 145, with still little to no body fat, and buff as fuck, known at my school as the guy that works out [because of my physique]. We got lots to gain bro!

You must be short

6'0, still have growth plates and ribcage cartilage lol.

You’ve been lifting for 4 months what do you expect? Just keep hitting the gym and having fun with it

Then ig everyone at your school must be fat as fuck lol
[[[[P O S T B O D Y]]]]

When i was in school i was like 130 and was the weakest guys in my class of around 300 kids
And we had a new $40,000 gym for the football kids.

But I've gained like 30lbs since then

Honestly bro, all the bros that look like ARK characters graduated, which actually sucks. All of the fat guys aren't the powerful sort of fat, more lethargic now. My team has now been filled with narrow fucks that shouldn't even be on a field, just in it for the glory.

Fuck'em
Be that one bodybuilder guy in your poor fag school

Fellow 18 year old 155 lbs leg day skipping user here. Honestly if you want to gain mass just do some fucking legs

Bro this shit got me all kinds of gains. Im talking my max Bench Press, Squats and the heaviest chinup ive done (all done in the 4-8 rep range to failure in each set, 4 sets of squats and 5-6 sets of bench). My entire body was just warm enough for the best performance of everything.
This increased the resting tonality of my entire body.
I never thought I could handle total body, but holy shit it is fucking great. Tried the first workout in the vid, doing the second one tomorrow.

had a couple days to recuperate, of course.
