That's about average for someone at the end of an LP. I was at 135 for 3 sets of 5, and did 145 for a single set of 5 at the end of mine. When you start failing reps switch to HLM or an RPE based program, and your lifts will keep going up gradually.

I added volume work to SS. Worked like a charm.

The pins in the squat rack of my new gym are totally fucked, so I've been using the strap safeties. Z press is much harder that way because the bar moves around and you can't get a good starting position.
Getting used to new bars and racks is also fucking me over.
You are strong when you can press 140. Bodyweight is a good intermediate goal (as long as you aren't a twink), and 1pl8 is a good beginner goal.

Anything less and you might as well be pressing the pink dumbells in the ladies corner
