I personally just got the double rich chocolate delivered today. Mixed it with milk and cold coffee and now I basically have starbucks at home, except with protein instead of 5000g sugar and semen. Blended pretty well.

To be fair plenty of proteins have tested as having just a fraction of the protein they claim to contain.

At the moment I use Nutricost Whey Protein Concentrate for $40. I think its a good deal. Taste pretty good too.

It tastes better with milk but I always just drink it with water so I wouldn't call it undrinkable. It takes 30 seconds to hammer it down and tastes much better than others that I've tried.

you know, i read a lot of reviews about protein powders, and every one of the shitty reviews are about the taste or texture. I see none about the actual effectiveness of the protein. This pisses me off so much, these people who think they're going to make it and have it easy.

I had a 5lb tub of expensive ON whey coffee flavor that I could get half way through. It started off tasting great but I started losing my ability to handle it and getting really nauseous. It expired a few months ago and I feel a bit ripped off. I'm thinking it's the taste of maltodextrin.

I have some unflavored nobullshit myprotein whey on the way in which I'm going to mix with other things like PBFit (delicious). I have leisure time and access to a blender so I'm open to suggestions for other things to try it with.

I'm going with
- beta alanine
- creatine
- supplemental fiber so you don't get diamond shits. if not that then oat BRAN, not just regular oats. Bran has a texture more amenable in smoothie
