My anecdotal evidence against sunscreen is last Summer I would use it a lot and my burns were still really bad, and since improving my diet with more healthy fat and foods that include vitamins like a, c and e, I haven't had any bad burns, just a slight tan, and I haven't used any sunscreen yet.
