Eat one garlic a day

Don’t stress about stuff

Anabolic steroids, SSRIs, DRIs, Insulin, Mitotane

how
my cortisol is through the roof lately

Reduce insulin sensitivity with fasting/intermittent fasting

Increase dopamine sensitivity with a dopamine fast. No phone, no tv, no music etc. Basically nothing that feels good for whatever period of time, minimum 24 hours.

Increasing test has been done to death on this board, you should know by now.

Increase serotonin by fixing the other stuff.

Just relax buddy

Check this out:

Nigga nothing matters.
That mistake you made two weeks ago at work? No one gives a fuck. They’re all obsessing over their own mistake from last week.
That girl that won’t call you back? Gee there’s only another three billion of them on the planet, who cares, the fun is in the chase anyway. On to the next one.
That lift that won’t go up? Clean up your diet a bit, add a couple of accessories and a corrective exercise and give it a couple weeks.
You’re gonna die, and then what? Nothing. It won’t matter then, it doesn’t matter now, it didn’t matter in the past.
Find something you can do every day that you enjoy, but don’t indulge in it, make it special and it’ll make you happy.
This post itself doesn’t matter. No one will read it or heed it, but I enjoyed making it.

>How do I increase testosterone
Lift, cardio, eat, sleep, compete and win
>dopamine
porn, coke, coffee, video games,
>Serotonin
Increase social status, sunlight
>insulin sensitivity
Better body composition trough lowering bodyfat with lifting, cardio and diet
> lowering cortisol
Have a really good social support network, be structured and orderly, follow long term plans and have consistent organized schedule, reduce uncertainty

Big if true

>Selective Serotonin Reuptake INHIBITOR
>Dopamine reuptake INHIBITOR
Fucking retard.

Hello! Im European and I'm studying to become a Chemist with specialization in Hormones.

These compounds are largely determined by genetics, but also by eachother. For example; a high testosterone level will deplete your serotonin (How much is determined by genetics) while increasing dopamine (Again, the factor is determined by genetics). High estrogen will also increase serotonin, but lower testosterone.

If you want to increase testosterone the easiest way is to inject it, however studies have also shown that looking at females you find attractive, either in physical form or an image, temporarily increases testosterone.
Alcohol and caffeine has also been shown to increase mens testosterone.

To increase serotonin you could use a medication or drug like an SSRI (Anti depressant) or MDMA (Exstacy).
The easiest natural way would simply be to socialize more. It is naturally released in social situations, and the more social situations you experience the stronger the release will be the next time.

To increase dopamine (or "fake" higher dopamine) there is the easy way and the hard way.
The easy way is to use a medication or a drug such as Cocaine, Amphetamine or any other Dopamine-Agonist such as cabergoline. If that sounds scary and illegal because your testosterone is still low you could just eat either chocolate or drink some water mixed with sugar.
The hard way is to accomplish a goal. It doesn't have to be a large and difficult goal, but you have to consider it valueable yourself.
As you can see your brain uses dopamine to reward you for actions it considers good.

Lowering cortisol is actually contra-productive if your main goal is to be a more aggressive dominant male. A typical "Alpha male". Multiple studies of other primates have shown that the Alpha Male of the pack has high testosterone, high dopamine and also, suprisingly, high cortisol.

have sex with 20 different hookers. its going to change your life

He has high cortisol and high test at the same time, meaning that if cortisol was lower the testosterone would be even higher.
Also testosterone doesn't lower serotonin, that's a cope

Is this bait?

Never advocate for either of them because they have fucked up side effects but this guys a chungus

There is no data to back up your absurd claims. Cortisol is only loosely linked to testosterone and there are other way more important factors. Your testes only has so much capacity aswell.

Stop masturbating.

Made me respond, 3/10 b8

You sound kinda dumb, sure MDMA will increase your seratonin for less than a day, but you damage your ability to produce more

Not him but cortisol and test are inversely correlated

>lowering cortisol

Your only real option that works long term is ashwaganda (ksm-66).

Ashwaganda that meets the ksm-66 standard.

loosely correlated. There are other factors at play but you dumb fuck wouldn't consider that in a lifetime.

less onions, less sugar, more onions, more fat, more garlic

>Other factors at play
Wow the idea that the endocrine system can be affected more than one thing absolutely never occurred to me! Dumb fuck

Why don't people just take these two drugs all the time and be happy?

Don't wanna create a new thread.
How do I increase testosterone level? I feel like my dick doesn't get hard enough.

Lifting, eating right, sleeping enough, vitamin D, zinc, calcium

Doesn't meat contain enough zinc?

I thought this was all common knowledge but apparently there are still people stressing about random shit all the time. It's so perplexing.

>Does (?) amount of meat give the dietary requirements of zinc?
It fucking might, how should I know?

Learn USDA, bro.

>im a European
>just go take ecstasy bro

Sunbathe your nutsack for 20 minutes per day. You'll thank me in a few weeks

what if reaching goals doesn't produce dopamin?

what if you dislike socializing and it gets you more stressed?

When in doubt, jews
