Sure, as long as you can also curl a weight that isn't that pitiful.
Same here. I can do 15kg 4x6. Is it better to stick to that?
My 55kg friend has been lifting for around 6 months and he curls 12.5kg for 3x8.
No it's not. I could curl 15-16 kgs for more reps after 3 months and even that seemed low to me.
It depends, I did 15 kg for 5X15 after like 7 months or so. What you should be asking is "Am I better off now than I was 11 months ago, or even just last month? Does the current volume work for me? If no, how much should I go up and in what way?".
maybe focus on an actual lift instead of curls cuck
Serious question: would curling 12lbs dumbell for a fuckton of reps on rest day bring my left bicep to the size of the right one? I flexed in the mirror today and realized I'm in the coomer mode.
It depends on how big you are. The problem with Jow Forumsness is that we all compare each other as if we're in the same weight class. So us framelets and manlets get shamed for seemingly pathetic stats when in fact it's the same as a normal dude asking Halfthor what he lifted after X months of training

im 6 feet
i use my right arm very much on pfysical work, and it is weaker than left. I think too much reps is the reason.
No, do more volume. Add hammer curls to work on dem forearms.
will this guarantee growth?
Is this barbell or dumbbell? If barbell then you may as well stop lifting now kek
dumbbells
have you only been doing curls for 3 of those months?
curls, chinups, rows, hammer curls and shit
Stop comparing yourself to others, over trivial shit, to anonymous fools on the internet.
Is it better than you did yesterday? Great.
Think some day it would be possible to do 15kg 3×8 or even more? Or know someone who can do that and want to beat him? Even better.
"The race is long, and in the end, it's only against yourself"
I'm 56kg and I curl 20kg for 4 sets of 15 reps. I'm a scrawny manlet, so if you're curling less than me you're definitely doing something wrong
Push yourself more nigga, if you're finding it easy you're doing it wrong. Every workout should be a struggle. Go heavier
With curls it's better to do more reps. Aim for 15-20, low reps is ineffective with curls
but my routine says 3x8-12=12
Badted
what?
After 1 year I curl 14kg 3x10 so uh...I mean it depends I guess? I'd say you need to push yourself
