>45 lb incline bench
>745 lb weighted pull up is subpar

That's nothing.
>2 hours in.

My deadlift and bench just won't fucking budge.
Forgot pic
.
2 years, but only like half of that lifting due to injury (broken bones) and last spring I didn't lift due to stress and depression. I do ULULUxx as a routine at 6' 180lbs kinda lean

5'5 manlet 154 lbs by the way.
I find this to be more useful: strengthlevel.com
Feels good to have 1 year in and be intermediate in a few things
Why the fuck can’t it go past 10 chin-ups? I train chin-ups all the time and hit ~20 reps when fresh going all the way down to a dead hang between each rep. Much more proud of that than my bench or squat...
Also I just hit a year in the army which is when I started training
6’3 208
big boned checking in

OP here, i got the same problem with benching
>how long have you been training
Serious consistent training?
Just started on my second year of powerlifting. Before that, lots of on and off benching, upper body and cardio bunny stuff. Not too impressed with my results lol
like 3 months of fucking around and like 6 momths of lifting and kinda following programs. 6'2 went from 58kg to 71kg
>broken tooth and hurricane
So, Alabama then?
Goddamnit, Eddie
>deadlift row
Nice job user
Three more hours and you’ll be yellow
Is that bad?
You tell me
How much do you cheat?
It's not bad for overloading but you don't want to shorten the ROM and use your hips enough that your back barely does anything
I mean, I can do 5 reps with 2 pl8 with good form for 3-4 sets
>good form
So you barely move your hips and upper body when rowing?
You're good then, although cheat rows can also have their benefits
No worming or impulse, head facing foward, straight back and bent knees. I can row from my knees to waist so I think I'm not cheating. I use underhand grip most of the time though
who else here just started lifting for the first time in their lives?
Keep at it brah
1300 total @ 205lbs. Just ok
this is me as well.
>6 months lifting
>5'10 165
I am a T Rex help me.
Started gym 6 months ago. Started bench 4 weeks ago. I’m so shit at it I don’t even wanna be there. I do curls instead.

5 1/2 months in. My workout is more focused on fat burn, but I do lift to make sure I don’t look like garbage once I finish my first cut. My diet also isn’t enough to really support lots of lifting. So in that context, I think I’m doin alright.
Don’t be silly, Alabamans don’t have any teeth to break.
